List what changed
GET/api/v1/events
What changed: new products, prices that moved, sales, stock.
Newest first, with total saying how many there are in all. For the
page of older ones, send next_before back as before.
To follow the feed instead, keep next_after and send it back as
after: you get what was recorded since, oldest first, and never the
same event twice.
