Send a test to an alert's webhook
POST/api/v1/alerts/:alert_id/test
Send a test to an alert's webhook, now, and say how it went.
The body is what a real send is, marked "test": true, with up to three
recent events: ones the alert asks for, if there have been any. Signed
the same way. It is not counted as a delivery.
