Whose account a key or a session is: its plan, what the plan opens, and how much of the day's calls are made.

No key, or one that does not work.
The plan does not cover this: a source it does not open, or more than it allows.
The request is not well formed. fields says where.
The day's calls are made. Retry-After says when the count starts again.
